In terms of marketing before working with Leap and Louise, we were directionless making use of random ideas that came to mind and hyper focusing on them, which worked to an extent.

The key change that Louise has helped put into play is giving the business a cohesive direction such that all the random ideas, whilst still encouraged, make sense to our business and brand and we know where we want to be in 1/3/6 months with a plan that actually makes sense for our business. In addition to the direction Louise has made use of her great network to boost different aspects of our marketing presence from improving LinkedIn, websites, online content and soon to be pushing into an events space as well.

In my mind I don't believe our growing business sector would be nearly as successful as it currently is without her guidance and we will be making use of her services on an ongoing basis

Working with Louise has given me valuable insight into areas of my marketing that needed streamlining and improving.
